Kahin Door — Ambient Night-Journey Player

Not every product is a workflow tool — this was a request for a fully custom, atmosphere-first web experience: an ambient music player themed as a late-night train journey, built to feel handcrafted rather than templated.
No prior version existed — this was built from a concept and a mood, not a legacy system being replaced.
A single-page ambient experience: a looping night-train window video, a live-feeling 'window seats occupied' counter, and a themed music player streaming curated tracks (with YouTube and Spotify links) under station-based scene labels like 'Somewhere after Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus.' Playback controls, ambient lighting toggle and a 'share journey' action are built directly into the scene rather than presented as a conventional app UI.
Interface: a full-screen video and audio experience layered with a minimal custom player UI. Services: playback state, track sequencing and scene/station theming. Integrations: YouTube and Spotify for full-track listening. Infrastructure: deployed on Vercel as a lightweight, fast-loading front-end experience.
A live, publicly shareable ambient experience that demonstrates front-end craft, motion and audio-interaction design beyond dashboards and forms — the kind of work that doesn't fit a 'business system' case study but shows the same engineering discipline applied to something purely experiential.
